JADE 34 HIKING PACK - Women's VENTILATED 
When you need to carry a big load on a dayhike or you’re out for a quick overnight, the well-ventilated Gregory Women's Jade 34 Backpack is the right pack for the job. Designed specifically for women, you can carry up to 35 lbs with ease. This pack is constructed with a mesh-covered harness and waistbelt for moisture-wicking comfort and a backpanel that sits away from your skin to allow air to circulate, keeping you cool and dry. A lightweight spring steel bar and a unique DTS harness yoke ensure your load is distributed evenly and carried efficiently. Handy exterior pockets and thoughtful waistbelt pockets keep essentials like camera, snacks and water within easy reach while you’re on the move. A long zipper allows easy access to all your gear in the main compartment. Side compression straps cinch the pack in to your back for smaller loads if an easy day hike is all you have in store for your weekend.

THE GREGORY LIFETIME GUARANTEE
We build Gregory gear to last a lifetime and that's how long we stand behind it. We guarantee to you, the original purchaser, that this product will be free from defects in materials or workmanship, for as long as you own it.
If you think a product has any defects in materials or workmanship contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number (email is best, see details below). If the product is defective, then we'll fix or replace it with a new one and return it to you at our expense. This warranty does not cover damage due to unreasonable use or improper care. (Sorry, no free repairs if you have been using your pack as a feed bag for bears or cleaning it with white gas).
LIMITED WARRANTY
The manufacturer shall not be held responsible for incidental or consequential damage nor the natural breakdown of materials which occurs with extended use. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
REPAIRS
If your Gregory pack or accessory needs service or repair due to normal wear and tear, animal attack, accident or some other reason that's not covered under the warranty, we will provide the necessary service for a reasonable charge. We'll be sure to contact you with an estimate of the repair charges and do the work after your approval and payment of our quote.
To make a return, please contact our warranty service department to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Once you receive an RMA # you will be provided with shipping instructions. (We recommend you send via a carrier who provides tracking, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit). Gregory will return your pack via ground shipping at no cost to you - expedited shipping may incur additional fees.
