The CamelBak “Got Your Bak™ Guarantee” For All Reservoirs, Backpacks, Bottles, and Accessories
CamelBak has built its reputation by engineering products that exceed consumer expectations for quality and durability. For 2011 CamelBak introduces the “Got Your Bak Lifetime Guarantee” for all reservoirs, backpacks, bottles and accessories. CamelBak warrants all reservoirs, backpacks, bottles, and accessories from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. CamelBak will repair or replace at its discretion any manufacturing defect in these products free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, combat damage, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage or negligence.
Gloves:
CamelBak gloves are warranted for a period of two years. We will exchange gloves for a different size or color only if the gloves are in the original packaging and have not been used.
Flow Meter™:
At CamelBak, we are committed to providing our customers with best-in-class hydration products and customer service. As such, we wanted to let you know that we have recently started to see an unacceptable rate of customer warranty returns on the CamelBak Flow Meter. After further investigation of both the consumer returned units and Flow Meter production units in inventory, we have found inconsistencies in the manufacturing process that can cause inaccurate measurement of the amount of water consumed. We apologize for not catching this issue during the manufacturing process and have already corrected our Quality Control procedures going forward. Most importantly we want to ensure in a timely manner that we provide our consumers with a Flow Meter product that meets their high expectations for quality. If you have experienced similar problems with inaccurate measurement in your Flow Meter, please email warranty@camelbak.com or call CamelBak Warranty at 707.796.9234.
The CamelBak® Flow Meter™ is warranted to conform to its published specifications and be free from defective materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. In no event shall CamelBak be liable or in any way responsible for any damages or defects in the Product caused by repairs or attempted repairs performed by anyone other than a CamelBak authorized service technician.
This warranty applies only to defects arising out of and affecting operation and does not apply to any damage that is merely cosmetic. CamelBak does not warrant any Product that has been damaged by or subjected to misuse, abnormal handling, abnormal impact, improper disassembly (but specifically excluding disassembly required for normal battery replacement) or any type of modification. This warranty covers only the product itself, but does not include batteries that you provide to power the product or damage from the improper use or storage of such batteries.
The above is CamelBak’s company commercial warranty policy. Military contracts may specify warranty policies that are different from this policy and super cede it.
Warranty Service, USA:
Please contact our warranty department with any questions or concerns at warranty@camelbak.com or (800) 767.8725 x 2234. Return shipments must be traceable, prepaid and insured. CamelBak cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. California State Law requires products be clean and dry for warranty evaluation. If the warranty claim is determined to be valid, the product will be replaced at CamelBak's expense within 10 to 15 business days.

Repairs:
CamelBak Products, LLC does not have the capacity to repair non-warranted products. If your product is not covered under warranty terms, please take it to a local fabric store, luggage repair store, or seamstress for a recommendation.
Refunds and Exchanges:
CamelBak Products, LLC will not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, with the exception of glove size exchanges listed above. Refunds and exchanges must be handled through your retailer or distributor.
